Wild Rosemary Olive Oil

Our Wild Rosemary Olive Oil is made by cold-pressing fresh rosemary with early harvest olives, which creates a beautiful, fragrant oil full of real rosemary flavor.

The Olive Scene’s Wild Rosemary Olive Oil is a beautiful, aromatic oil, produced by crushing wild rosemary with delicious olives.

Our producers use 100% cold extraction methods, which means that you get tons of real rosemary flavor and amazing olive oil at the same time.

You can use Wild Rosemary Olive Oil anywhere you use olive oil to add an extra boost of flavor. It takes roasting to a whole new level; try it on roasted potatoes (like this Rosemary & Parmesan Mini Hasselback Potato recipe!), sweet potatoes, winter squash, carrots, chicken, pork tenderloin, lamb, and more.

Use it in savory baking recipes (such as homemade yeast breads, pizza dough, scones or cornbread) or add a bit to your dessert recipes to give them a gourmet twist (we love it in pound cake, olive oil cakes, shortbread, and more).

It also makes an amazing marinade to infuse proteins with flavor.  Marinate chicken, pork, lamb or tofu in a 2 to 1 ratio of Wild Rosemary Olive Oil and your favorite balsamic vinegar (we suggest Sicilian Lemon, Oregano, Jalapeno, Traditional, Fig, Pomegranate, Red Apple, or Tangerine).

To marinate shrimp or fish, try Sicilian Lemon, Oregano, Jalapeno, Traditional or Neapolitan Herb.

It’s so versatile to use in your everyday cooking as well, and you don’t even need a recipe! Add it to your scrambled eggs or omelets.

Drizzle it over mashed potatoes, on top of your favorite soups (especially tomato), and into beans.

Brush it on one side of the bread for your grilled cheese sandwiches instead of butter.

Sauté vegetables, beef, pork, shrimp, or mushrooms in it for easy weeknight meals.

Toss 2 cups of your favorite raw nuts with a tablespoon of Wild Rosemary Olive Oil and roast at 325 degrees until slightly toasted (keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!), then add salt to taste.
