Our olive oils are carefully pressed for quality, not quantity so their flavor profiles and health benefits are exceptional. Our balsamic vinegars are barrel aged, with a wonderful balance of tart and sweet.
Flavor of the Month
The Olive Scene's Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is made by pressing the whole Eureka Lemons at the same time as the olives. This allows the oils in the lemons' rinds to fuse with the oil from the olives. The result is a light, zesty olive oil with beautiful, natural lemon flavor.

Our Organic Red Wine Vinegar is tart yet complex. It has the initial acidic hit that red wine vinegar is famous for, then it mellows on the palate as the flavors of the wine come through – oaky, fruity and spicy.
