Anne’s Green Goddess Dressing
Spring and summer is the perfect time for refreshing, homemade green goddess dressing, and the recipe is so easy to make!
Ingredients

1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup pesto (any variety, available at The Olive Scene)

¼ cup Wild Dill mustard (available at The Olive Scene)

¼ cup of lightly packed parsley

¼ cup chives (or green onions sliced into ½″ segments)

4 fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon fresh dill leaves

1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves

1 medium clove garlic, roughly chopped

½ teaspoon fine sea salt

½ - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and green, with tiny flecks of herbs.

Taste, and add more salt or pepper if desired.

Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Use as a dressing or dip.

This dressing will keep well in the fridge for 5 days.
Try this recipe with any of our white balsamic vinegars. It is spectacular with Grapefruit, Pomegranate Quince, Sicilian Lemon, Oregano, Mango, Honey Ginger, and/or Cranberry Pear.
