Second Time it Happened

The quality of the oil is great, and I have ordered for years. However, in my last order my oil leaked. I wrote to notify someone but didn’t hear anything back from customer service. I was hesitant to order again since my email had been ignored. Yes, mistakes happen, but I was hoping for acknowledgment at the very least. Against my better judgement, I ordered again. The garlic olive oil leaked again. This will likely be my last order, which is sad because I do love the product.

Only olive oil

I only buy olive oil and most vinegars from this company. It’s all top notch. Wish they would take on rice vinegars lol. And a loyalty program or something to gain free shipping would be nice.
