I don't eat grains, but rather keep to a whole foods diet of vegetable, fruit, animal protein, good fats, nuts and seeds. My "starch" or "carb" that I eat three times a day is fruit. When I discovered the Coconut Balsamic Vinegar was great on fruit, I tried a small bottle and was a convert! My habit is to keep fresh mint available all the time. I cut up whatever fruit it is I am eating and place torn mint leaves and drizzle with the Coconut Balsamic. It's like dessert three times a day.
