These spouts were a component in a very special homemade xmas gift to family members. Was charged $12 for shipping ( as much as the purchased items). I was told by salesperson that they were ordered in plenty of time for the xmas rush (dec 8th). They were apparently sent regular mail with no tracking and they never arrived. Owner felt "it was out of her hands."
