The seeds for our Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil are roasted slowly, in the 270-year-old Japanese tradition until dark and aromatic, and then pressed in small batches. It has tremendous depth of flavor and mouth feel.
Perfect for Asian dishes and stir-fry. Try it on vegetables, grilled meats (poultry) or drizzle over hummus.
Pairs well with Honey Ginger, Sicilian Lemon or Grapefruit Balsamic. Add some heat with our Serrano Honey Vinegar.
