Harissa is made by pounding smoked chili peppers, garlic, caraway, coriander and cumin into a paste and leaving overnight to develop its flavors. We've added more peppers to this by popular demand, making it our hottest infused extra virgin olive oil.

Drizzle over couscous and grilled vegetables for a flavorful Moroccan dish. Use when sauteing onions, browning meat, roasting vegetables, or in rice dishes for a wonderful kick. Fabulous for dipping bread.
