Spicy and floral with notes of fresh, ground peppercorn and a lingering, smooth, yet tingly Szechuan peppercorn finish. Creates a subtle peppercorn flavor that brings out the flavor of the ingredients in your favorite dishes without having to use fresh peppercorns.

Try it in cream based dishes, or in a salad for a nice peppery zing. Amazing on popcorn, with pasta and seafood. Great for marinades, dressings, aioli, any sautéing or roasting and surprise: over ice cream!

Pairs with Sicilian Lemon, Oregano, Peach, Raspberry, Neapolitan Herb, Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegars as well as any Barrel Aged Vinegar like Sherry Reserva or Champagne.

Black pepper infused olive oil

A very good olive oil, but not as much black pepper flavor as I had expected.

Just the right amount of pepper

Goes well with sourdough bread for a dipping oil. Very tasty
