We love it with Raspberry, Espresso, Vermont Maple, and Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar. If you’re in love with our white balsamic vinegars, try it with Mango, Peach, or Golden Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar.
Chipotle Olive Oil is one of our most versatile oils. It’s great as a marinade for steaks (especially skirt or flank steak), chicken, shrimp, pork tenderloin, or pork chops. Brown ground beef or turkey in it for tacos. Drizzle it over grilled or roasted vegetables such asparagus, eggplant, Brussels sprouts, green beans, or corn. Roasted potatoes (both sweet potatoes and white potatoes) are phenomenal with Chipotle Olive Oil. And don’t forget about breakfast! It’s a surprisingly delicious way to scramble or fry your eggs, make hash browns, or spice up a Hollandaise.
