This wonderfully vibrant oil flaunts dominant herbaceous notes, with the familiar green banana profile of a good Koroneiki. There is a lingering black pepper sensation coupled with hints of smooth green tea. Beautiful and bold, it is a good all-purpose oil for those that like assertive flavors.

Our Chilean Coratina is remarkably high in both phenols and oleic acid, making it a very healthy choice, as well as giving this oil a desirable chili pepper sensation on the palate. It displays prominent tasting notes of cinnamon and wild grass, is loaded with pepper notes, and is wonderfully bitter, pungent and well balanced. A fabulous oil for intense cooking.
