Persian Lime Carrots

Carrots are a year round staple, and this quick and easy recipe is a great go-to for a last minute side dish.

Cooking Time: 10-15    Servings: 4-6

Products needed:

Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil


  • Organic* carrots peeled and sliced (or for ease, use a bag of baby carrots)

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Scene Extra Virgin Persian Lime Olive Oil

  • Sea Salt

  • Fresh Ground Pepper


  1. Steam carrots in as little water as possible.

  2. Drizzle with the Persian Lime Olive Oil.

  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve hot or cold.

* So many taste variations are possible by changing the flavor of the oil or the vinegar!
