Lemon Asparagus

This Lemon Asparagus recipe is so easy and makes the perfect light and bright side. 

Just 5 ingredients, 10 minutes to roast or grill, and easy clean-up!


  • 2 bunches fresh asparagus

  • 2 tablespoons The Olive Scene Lemon Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

  • 1-2 tablespoons thinly shaved or grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Mix 1 tablespoon Lemon Oil, the vinegar, salt and pepper and set aside.

  2. Brush the asparagus all over using the remaining tablespoon of Lemon Olive Oil.

  3. Grill over medium high heat for 5-8 minutes, or roast in a 425 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

  4. Remove from grill or oven and transfer to a serving dish.

  5. Drizzle with lemon/oregano vinaigrette.

  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
