Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Quick and easy to get into the oven, you will make these all year round. We love how the balsamic vinegar flavor is highlighted.

  1. Heat oven to 400F.

  2. Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the bottom of a half sheet jelly-roll pan.

  3. Arrange the potato disks on the parchment paper lined pan in a single layer, close together.

  4. Thoroughly shake or whisk together the Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic and Butter Infused Olive Oil

  5. Brush the oil and vinegar mixture on the tops of the sweet potato disks.

  6. Sprinkle with sea salt and roast for 35-45 minutes until tender and the balsamic glaze has caramelized.
