Broccoli Siciliana

  1. Clean and wash broccoli.
  2. Cut into medium-sized pieces.
  3. Put olive oil, garlic, and anchovy (cut into small pieces) in saucepan.
  4. Heat thoroughly.
  5. Add broccoli and ¼ cup of warm water.
  6. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until tender.
  7. Flavor with lemon juice and serve very hot.
  8. Serves 4.
