Spinach Salad with Zesty Orange Vinaigrette

Cooking Time: 10 mins    Servings: 2-3

So easy and full of flavor, you will want to have this dressing on hand for salads and roasted veggies.




  • 4 cups baby spinach

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 ripe pear cut in small chunks with skin removed

  • 2 tablespoons finely sliced red onion

  • 4 strips of cooked bacon, cooled and crumbled

  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled


  1. Whisk together the Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar and mustard.

  2. Add Orange Fused Olive Oil in a slow, steady stream until thickened.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Combine spinach, cranberries, pears, red onion, and bacon in a large bowl.

  5. Toss with half of the dressing and toss.

  6. Taste a leaf and add more dressing, to taste.

  7. Top with feta cheese.

  8. Serve Immediately.
