Spinach Salad with Zesty Orange Vinaigrette

So easy and full of flavor, you will want to have this dressing on hand for salads and roasted veggies.
Ingredients:
Dressing:
2 tablespoons The Olive Scene Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Salad:
4 cups baby spinach
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 ripe pear cut in small chunks with skin removed
2 tablespoons finely sliced red onion
4 strips of cooked bacon, cooled and crumbled
1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
Directions:
Whisk together the Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar and mustard.
Add Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil in a slow, steady stream until thickened.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine spinach, cranberries, pears, red onion, and bacon in a large bowl.
Toss with half of the dressing and toss.
Taste a leaf and add more dressing, to taste.
Top with feta cheese.
Serve Immediately.
