Nutty Walnut Vinaigrette
A powerfully nutty flavor that is perfect for over a hearty salad. Add grilled chicken or fish, and dinner is served!
- 1/4 cup Olive Scene Roasted Walnut Oil
- 1/4 cup Olive Scene mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Olive Scene Champagne Vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- Mix both oils and set aside.
- Place vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
- With motor running, slowly drizzle oils into vinegar and blend until smooth.
- Use with favorite salad fixings
- Store leftovers in a tightly lidded jar and use within 2 weeks.
