Cucumber Dill Salad
This cool, refreshing dish that is great for those hot summer days when you just don’t want to turn the oven on. A great side to just about anything.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons The Olive Scene Wild Fernleaf Dill Infused Olive Oil

2 tablespoons The Olive Scene Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar

2 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced thinly

1 small white onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons sour cream
Instructions

Sprinkle salt over cucumbers in a bowl.

Let stand until cucumbers are soft, about 5 minutes.

Squeeze liquid from cucumbers and discard.

Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sugar in a bowl; add onions and cucumbers and toss to coat.

Add sour cream last, season with black pepper.

Chill completely before serving, at least 30 minutes.
