Snappy Rotini Salad

A fabulous pasta salad, with a hint of white balsamic vinegar to give it a snappy flavor explosion.

Products needed:

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook Rotini according to directions until al dente.  Drain, rinse and set aside.

  2. Whisk together the vinegar and mustard. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until smooth.

  3. Toss pasta with dressing.

  4. Add Bleu Cheese and veggies and gently combine.

  5. Serve cold passing a boat of extra dressing if desired.
