Best Vinaigrette Dressing

Traditional 18 Yr. Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil combine for a superb blend of flavors to be paired with any meat, fish, pasta or salad.

Products needed:


  • 3 tablespoons Traditional 18 Yr Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2/3 cup Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 small shallot, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style whole grain mustard

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place Traditional 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar, shallot, and mustard in a deep bowl.

  2. Drizzle Tuscan Herb olive oil in slowly while you whisk the ingredients together.

  3. Salt and Pepper to taste.
