2/3 cup Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small shallot, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon-style whole grain mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Place Traditional 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar, shallot, and mustard in a deep bowl.
Drizzle Tuscan Herb olive oil in slowly while you whisk the ingredients together.
