2 bunches fresh arugula
2 tablespoons Olive Scene Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
6 tablespoons Olive Scene Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Parmesan shavings
Grilled Chicken or Turkey (optional)
toasted pecans (optional)
Wisk the balsamic and olive oil and drizzle over arugula to taste.
Top with Parmesan, chicken or turkey, and pecans.
Toss and enjoy.
Serve extra dressing in a pitcher.
