Shrimp & Spice Pesto Pasta

Easy and delicious for a weekday meal that's big on flavor.

Ingredients:
4 T. Spicy Calabrian Pesto Olive Oil
1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined
12-16 oz. spaghetti, cooked al dente
salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and then add the Olive Oil.
When the olive oil shimmers in the pan, add the shrimp and cook just until the shrimps turn red and are cooked through.  Remove from the heat.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper; mix well.

Add cooked pasta to the pan, and toss.
Serve immediately with Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy!
