Peach Balsamic Vinegar
Champagne Wine Vinegar
8 small pickle cucumbers
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup Olive Scene Peach Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Olive Scene Champagne Wine Vinegar
Cut cucumbers into uniform strips or round slices.
Sprinkle cucumbers with sugar and salt and toss gently to combine.
Add vinegars, stirring to coat all cucumbers.
Let sit about 20 minutes before serving.
