Orange/Onion Salad
A wonderfully refreshing salad to serve on its own before dinner. We love to have this along side a spicy barbecue.

Products needed:
Ingredients:
2 medium navel oranges, peeled and sliced
4 slices sweet onion, chopped
Dressing
1-2 tablespoons The Olive Scene Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons The Olive Scene Eureka Lemon Olive Oil
¼ tablespoon salt
Directions:
Arrange orange slices on 4 plates and top with onions.
In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; stir until blended.
Drizzle over oranges.
Serve immediately.
*Any white balsamic vinegar is amazingly delicious on this salad.
*Sprinkle with blueberries for added summer flavor.
