Orange/Onion Salad

A wonderfully refreshing salad to serve on its own before dinner. We love to have this along side a spicy barbecue.

 Servings: 4

Products needed:


  • 2 medium navel oranges, peeled and sliced

  • 4 slices sweet onion, chopped


  • 1-2 tablespoons The Olive Scene Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons The Olive Scene Eureka Lemon Olive Oil

  • ¼ tablespoon salt


  1. Arrange orange slices on 4 plates and top with onions.

  2. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; stir until blended.

  3. Drizzle over oranges.

  4. Serve immediately.

    *Any white balsamic vinegar is amazingly delicious on this salad.
    Sprinkle with blueberries for added summer flavor.
