Greek Isles Vinaigrette

This is such a quick and easy Greek style dressing, with just a few simple ingredients that you’ll never want to buy another pre-made bottle again!



  1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar, cover and shake vigorously until emulsified. If you prefer to use a blender, add everything except the oil to a blender and then add the oil slowly while processing.

  2. Use on a traditional Greek salad of chopped tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, red onion and feta cheese. Or use on any favorite salad, or slaw.
