  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground Pepper
  • Drizzle of Olive Scene Mild Intensity Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • Chunks of fresh Parmesan


  1. Put all in food processor.
  2. Process until small chunks. 
  3. Toss over hot pasta and add a couple of spoons of hot pasta water if too dry.
