Balsamic Steak Sauce

The secret ingredient of Traditional 18 Yr. Aged Balsamic Vinegar brings the taste of Fine Dining home.

Products needed:



  1. Place oil in pan over medium heat and sauté shallots until clear.

  2. Add sugar and balsamic vinegar.

  3. Bring just to a boil, then immediately turn heat to low and stir until sauce thickens slightly, and reduces by half.

  4. Immediately ladle over freshly grilled steaks.
