1/4 cup Olive Scene Pomegranate Quince Balsamic Vinegar
4 green onions, chopped
2 tsp dijon mustard, or spicy mustard (try our wild dill, chipotle or horseradish mustard)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger (peeled)
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
Mix all and add to 1# of shrimp
Marinate for several hours.
The shrimp can be sautéed in a large skillet or grilled on skewers
Serve with grilled vegetables or corn on the cob, with your favorite rice (like coconut rice) , over pasta, in a Caesar or Caprese salad, with coleslaw, or in a taco.
