Harissa Chicken Wings

Traditional 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix vinegar, chili sauce, garlic and 1 tsp salt in a large bowl. 
  2. Whisk in oil slowly, until thickened. 
  3. Add chicken wings and turn to coat, then marinate in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight. 
  4. Place vinegar and marmalade in a pan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the marmalade.
  5. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until it reaches a thin consistency. Cool. 
  6. Pre-heat oven to 375.
  7. Spread wings out on a baking tray and bake in oven for 20 minutes. 
  8. Place chicken on a platter and scatter with herb salad. 
  9. Serve with the marmalade mixture as a dipping sauce.
