Chocolate Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Products needed:

Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin – 1 1/2-2 lb 
  • 1/2 cup Olive Scene medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 cup Olive Scene Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 onion chopped fine 
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut tenderloin into 2 inches cubes.
  2. Combine oil, vinegar, rosemary, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a self-sealing bag.
  3. Add pork tenderloin and marinate 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
  5. Slide pork cubes loosely onto skewers.
  6. Grill pork until the edges are crisp, and pork is no longer pink.
  7. Turn kebabs to evenly grill on all sides.
