Chocolate Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:
- 1 Pork Tenderloin – 1 1/2-2 lb
- 1/2 cup Olive Scene medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Olive Scene Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 onion chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Directions:
- Cut tenderloin into 2 inches cubes.
- Combine oil, vinegar, rosemary, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a self-sealing bag.
- Add pork tenderloin and marinate 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
- Slide pork cubes loosely onto skewers.
- Grill pork until the edges are crisp, and pork is no longer pink.
- Turn kebabs to evenly grill on all sides.
