Peachy Balsamic Bellini

This bubbly sipper is a lovely summertime drink perfect for when friends gather over brunch or cocktail hour on the patio. The addition of balsamic adds another level of effervescence that makes this particularly refreshing on a warm day.

6 teaspoons The Olive Scene Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

16-ounces peach or apricot nectar

1 750ml Prosecco, Cava or other sparkling white wine

Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

  1. To 6 wine glasses or champagne flutes, add a teaspoon of balsamic.
  2. To each glass, add a tablespoon (or more to taste) of the nectar.
  3. Top each glass with Prosecco. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve.
