Blackout Blackberry Balsamic Mule

Makes one 8-ounce cocktail

Ingredients:
5 fresh juicy blackberries
2 teaspoons Olive Scene Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar  
Juice from half of a lime
2 ounces Vodka
Ice cubes
6 ounces ginger beer or ginger ale
Lime slices, blackberries, and/or fresh mint as garnishes

Directions:
Muddle blackberries in a copper Moscow Mule mug (Alternatively, use a highball glass). Add balsamic, lime juice and vodka. 

Fill the mug with ice and fill to the top with ginger beer. Stir and garnish with lime wheels. Blackberries, or a sprig of fresh mint. Cheers!
