Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Fill 4 glasses with ice.
Add 2 ounces vodka to each and fill 3/4 full with the vegetable cocktail.
Place an olive skewer and 1 celery stalk in each glass, and a lime wedge on the rim.
Float a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar on the top of each drink and serve.
*If you would like to also rim the glass, before starting to build the Bloody Mary, run a lime wedge around the glass and dip the rim in either Magic Unicorn Salt, or our favorite seasoning from Bourbon Barrel for rimming: Chef’s Blend. Proceed with filling the glass according to the recipe.
