Dark Chocolate Walnut Brownies

INGREDIENTS
½ cup Roasted Walnut Oil
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
¾ cup Granulated Sugar
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup All-Purpose Flour
¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
½ cup chopped Walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- In a microwave-safe bowl (or using a double boiler), melt chocolate with roasted the Roasted Walnut Oil until smooth letting cool slightly.
- Whisk in both sugars. Once combined, add eggs, vanilla extract, and dark chocolate balsamic vinegar, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Stir in chopped walnuts, if using.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 min. Let cool before slicing.
