Balsamic Ganache Mousse

A rich, decadent dessert that is quick and easy.

Products needed:

The Olive Scene Dark Fruity Balsamic Vinegar of your choice (we suggest Tangerine, Pomegranate, Black Cherry, Strawberry or Raspberry)

Ingredients:

  • 7oz high-quality solid chocolate (70% cocoa)

  • 2/3 c cream

  • 4 teaspoons The Olive Scene Balsamic Vinegar

  • a pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Heat the chocolate and cream in the microwave.

  2. When the chocolate has melted, stir well, then add the salt and balsamic vinegar and stir again.

  3. Spoon a scant 1/4 cup into a custard or demitasse cup, and refrigerate for a few hours- until solid.

  4. To serve: top with a dollop of whipped cream and serve with fresh berries.

    Serves 6-8
