Balsamic Ganache Mousse
A rich, decadent dessert that is quick and easy.
Products needed:
The Olive Scene Dark Fruity Balsamic Vinegar of your choice (we suggest Tangerine, Pomegranate, Black Cherry, Strawberry or Raspberry)
Ingredients:
7oz high-quality solid chocolate (70% cocoa)
2/3 c cream
4 teaspoons The Olive Scene Balsamic Vinegar
a pinch of salt
Directions:
Heat the chocolate and cream in the microwave.
When the chocolate has melted, stir well, then add the salt and balsamic vinegar and stir again.
Spoon a scant 1/4 cup into a custard or demitasse cup, and refrigerate for a few hours- until solid.
To serve: top with a dollop of whipped cream and serve with fresh berries.
