Mushroom and Sage Focaccia
Homemade focaccia has never been easier when you start with our Pizza mix and Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil.
Keep a couple mixes on hand as this will be your favorite bread to pull out of the oven.
Ingredients

1/3 cup The Olive Scene Mushroom and Sage Oil, divided

1 package The Olive Scene Pizza Mix

1 cup warm water

½ teaspoon Sea Salt (available at The Olive Scene)
Instructions

Mix pizza mix according to directions, using 3 tablespoons of the oil.

Cover with plastic wrap, and a towel, and rise in refrigerator 4 hours – 6 hours (up to overnight).

Remove from frig, punch down the dough, cover, and allow to come to room temperature for 1-2 hour.

Oil a 9” pie pan and stretch dough evenly into the pan.

Cover and allow to rise 30 min.

Drizzle oil over dough and press fingers into dough, making indentations.

Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt.

Bake 425° 25-30 min until golden brown and firm.

Remove from oven, run a knife around the edge and turn out on to cooling rack. Enjoy.
