Smoky Blue Cheese and Balsamic Kettle Chips
Mix and match olive oils and balsamic vinegars to find your favorite combinations on these chips.

Ingredients:
1 large bag Kettle potato chips with sea salt
1-2 tablespoons Olive Scene Chipotle Oil (to taste)
1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
2 tablespoons Olive Scene 18 Year Balsamic vinegar (or more, to taste)
2-3 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 green onion, chopped
Directions:
Arrange potato chips on an oven safe dish, and drizzle LIGHTLY with Chipotle Oil, and sprinkle on blue cheese.
Warm in oven {at 350} for about 3-4 minutes.
Remove dish and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Sprinkle with bacon and green onions and serve immediately.
