Roasted Red Pepper Appetizer

Cooking Time: 1 hr    Servings: 10-12

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (29oz) Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/4 c bold Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • crusty bread, sliced and cut in half

Directions:

  1. Drain the peppers very well and tear them into strips.
  2. Place in shallow bowl.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and toss to coat.
  4. Allow to marinate 1 hour at least.
