Red Apple Brie Slab

A cozy take on traditional warm Brie, this dish has apple balsamic vinegar to add sweet/tart flavor.

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese

  • 2 tablespoons The Olive Scene Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 jar semi dry tomatoes, drained and chopped (available at The Olive Scene)

  • ½ a loaf of rustic bread, cut into small slices and baked or toasted


  1. Preheat oven 350°

  2. Place brie in a baker, top with vinegar and bake 8-10 minutes, until soft.

  3. Remove brie from oven and top with tomatoes.

  4. Spoon balsamic over top.

  5. Serve with toasted bread slices
