Greek Style Appetizer Eggs
Step aside Deviled Eggs. These are so easy and delicious, you will want to make them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as every party.
Ingredients

4 Eggs

1 tablespoon The Olive Scene Medium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tablespoon fresh chives

1 teaspoon Salt Sisters Greek Seasoning Blend (available at The Olive Scene)

fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions

Fill saucepan with enough water to cover the eggs, and bring to a boil.

Gently put the eggs directly into the boiling water, and turn to a simmer.

Simmer for 11 minutes, remove the eggs from the water, and rinse under cold water to stop them from cooking.

Let eggs cool before peeling.

Cut eggs in half and place on a serving plate, cut side up.

Drizzle with olive oil, and add the seasoning and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle the chopped chives over the eggs and serve.
*For something different, try using Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil, Harissa Infused Olive Oil, or Olivewood Smoked Olive Oil.
