Products needed:

The Olive Scene Garlic Infused Olive Oil


  • 6 slices Italian or French bread, cut 1/4 inch thick

  • 6 slices tomato

  • 6 tablespoons Olive Scene Garlic Infused Olive Oil

  • 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped

  • 6 teaspoons freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. Toast the bread slices, and brush Garlic Olive Oil on each slice.

  2. Add a slice of tomato, some basil, a little salt, plenty of pepper and a tsp of cheese to each slice.

  3. Serve immediately.
