Add a minced shallot or a spoonful of Dijon mustard for extra kick. We love it on a spinach salad with crumbled goat cheese, our favorite nuts (especially almonds), and fresh citrus segments. If you love takeout tangerine chicken, try marinating diced chicken in a combination of 2 parts Garlic Olive Oil and 1 part Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar for 30 minutes. Stir fry until the chicken is cooked through and to caramelize the marinade, then serve over rice with steamed broccoli and vegetables.
