Our Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil is award winning and is brought to us from one of the only local producers of culinary oils in the northeast. The non-GMO pumpkin seeds are all locally grown and are never treated with any chemicals or preservatives. They are roasted to bring out an incredible nutty flavor that is perfect for use in salad dressings, marinades or drizzled as a “finishing” oil over grilled or steamed vegetables, pasta, meats and seafood.

The toasty flavor of the oil particularly complements vegetable dishes like corn on the cob, roasted Brussels sprouts, grilled asparagus, or wilted spinach. It is used as a finishing oil, not a cooking oil.

Perfect for wintery pasta dishes, or in summer drizzled on fruits or other dessert items especially those that are vanilla based. Try it over vanilla ice cream with a sprinkling of salt. Store in the refrigerator and use in 3-6 months for the best flavor.


Pairs well with all of our vinegars- especially Vermont Maple, or Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar.  Blend with White Balsamic Vinegars like Ripe Peach, Mango, Pineapple, Cranberry Pear or Pomegranate Quince  for a nutty, sweet vinaigrette.
