Our award winning Pecan Oil comes from Clay Oliver of Oliver Farms in Georgia. It has a light, buttery, slightly nutty taste with a beautiful color. Nutritional benefits come from this oil being cold-pressed, unrefined, and non-gmo, with over 19 vitamins and minerals, and a low 7% saturated fat content.
Use in vinaigrettes, when making hummus or oatmeal. Try it as a dip, or swirled in yogurt. Makes a great butter substitute in baking. Use it as a finish when roasting vegetables, especially cauliflower or sweet potatoes. Drizzle over pasta and dust with Parmesan cheese or in pasta salad.
Pairs well with Red Apple, Black Cherry, Blackberry Ginger, Maple, Strawberry, or Traditional 18 year Dark Balsamic Vinegars. Blend with Cranberry Pear, Pomegranate Quince, Ripe Peach, Pineapple or Oregano Ultra Premium White Balsamic Vinegars for vinaigrettes, marinades or sauces.
