This fused cayenne pepper oil is intense, hot, fruity, complex, and flavorful. Its lovely color is indicative of the amount of whole, fresh peppers we picked and crushed with the olives. It is the only one of its kind in the world!

Use as a condiment to kick up your potatoes, roasted vegetables, or chicken wings. Add deep flavor and heat to your marinades and dipping sauces. Mix with Espresso Balsamic Vinegar and marinade a flank steak. When you are looking for big heat and big flavor, this is the oil of choice.
