The seeds for our Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil are roasted slowly, in the 270-year-old Japanese tradition until dark and aromatic, and then pressed in small batches. It has tremendous depth of flavor and mouth feel.

Our award winning Pecan Oil comes from Clay Oliver of Oliver Farms in Georgia. It has a light, buttery, slightly nutty taste with a beautiful color. Nutritional benefits come from this oil being cold-pressed, unrefined, and non-gmo, with over 19 vitamins and minerals, and a low 7% saturated fat content.
Use in vinaigrettes, when making hummus or oatmeal. Try it as a dip, or swirled in yogurt. Makes a great butter substitute in baking. Use it as a finish when roasting vegetables, especially cauliflower or sweet potatoes. Drizzle over pasta and dust with Parmesan cheese or in pasta salad.
Pairs well with Red Apple, Black Cherry, Blackberry Ginger, Maple, Strawberry, or Traditional 18 year Dark Balsamic Vinegars. Blend with Cranberry Pear, Pomegranate Quince, Ripe Peach, Pineapple or Oregano Ultra Premium White Balsamic Vinegars for vinaigrettes, marinades or sauces.
Our California Roasted Almond Oil is expeller pressed and lightly filtered. It has a tantalizing, yet delicate nose and a delicious roasted almond flavor
Great for sauteing, drizzling, baking, dipping and as a vinaigrette. A mixture of Almond and Blood Orange Oils make a great replacement for butter in pound cake. Blend with fresh squeezed orange juice for a splashy drizzle over sliced avocados.
Our handcrafted, Roasted Walnut Oil is made in Saumur, France strictly following 150 year-old traditional methods. Slowly roasted to perfection, expeller-pressed and lightly filtered.
This oil adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meat, fish, baked pastries, and is perfect to dip with bread. Great on fresh fettuccini with grilled chicken.

Our Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil is award winning and is brought to us from one of the only local producers of culinary oils in the northeast. The non-GMO pumpkin seeds are all locally grown and are never treated with any chemicals or preservatives. They are roasted to bring out an incredible nutty flavor that is perfect for use in salad dressings, marinades or drizzled as a “finishing” oil over grilled or steamed vegetables, pasta, meats and seafood.
The toasty flavor of the oil particularly complements vegetable dishes like corn on the cob, roasted Brussels sprouts, grilled asparagus, or wilted spinach. It is used as a finishing oil, not a cooking oil.
Perfect for wintery pasta dishes, or in summer drizzled on fruits or other dessert items especially those that are vanilla based. Try it over vanilla ice cream with a sprinkling of salt. Store in the refrigerator and use in 3-6 months for the best flavor.
