Balsamic Bloody Mary

If you have never added balsamic vinegar to a cocktail- begin now!

The addition of Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar adds zing to make this Bloody Mary bloody good!

Directions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the V-8 juice, Magic Unicorn Salt, pepper, lemon and lime juice, 2 tablespoons of the horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce, and stir well to combine.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  3. Fill 4 glasses with ice.

  4. Add 2 ounces vodka to each and fill 3/4 full with the vegetable cocktail.

  5. Place an olive skewer and 1 celery stalk in each glass, and a lime wedge on the rim.

  6. Float a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar on the top of each drink and serve.

*If you would like to also rim the glass, before starting to build the Bloody Mary, run a lime wedge around the glass and dip the rim in either Magic Unicorn Salt, or our favorite seasoning from Bourbon Barrel for rimming: Chef’s Blend. Proceed with filling the glass according to the recipe.
