It is an aged, aromatic, thick, dark, caramelized, syrupy type of vinegar, prepared by the reduction of cooked grapes. Our producers use the Solera method of production to create a perfect balsamic vinegar condimento.
An artisanal vinegar that is crisp and snappy. It is made by sun drying grapes in Modena, Italy to concentrate their flavor profiles before pressing, and maturing in new white oak barrels.
