You'll learn about the process of producing balsamic vinegar, why it's different from other vinegars, and how to use it in vinaigrettes, marinades and more. We will also provide a sampling of a cocktail, an appetizer and a dessert made with our fabulous balsamic vinegars.
$10 class fee with an $8 food fee payable to The Olive Scene the night of the event.
