Eureka Lemon Olive Oil

The Olive Scene's Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is made by pressing the whole Eureka Lemons at the same time as the olives.

This allows the oils in the lemons' rinds to fuse with the oil from the olives. The result is a light, zesty olive oil with natural lemon flavor.

Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is one of our most versatile flavors with endless uses! We love to use it in vinaigrettes with our favorite fruity balsamic vinegars and a spoonful of mustard or jam. Make a marinade for chicken, fish, or shrimp with a savory balsamic vinegar (try one of our white balsamic vinegars), minced garlic, and lots of herbs.

It's also lovely finishing oil for pasta or grilled meats. Roast or sauté your favorite vegetables in it, like snap peas, green beans, zucchini, or potatoes. Use it to grill or roast asparagus. Add it to your pasta and potato salads. If you've never made aioli from scratch, our Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is a great ingredient to inspire you to start.

It's even lovely over fresh cheeses with a sprinkle of flaky salt and a few cracks of fresh pepper, such as mozzarella, burrata, or feta.

We love to throw our favorite olives into a small saucepan with a clove of crushed garlic, a sprig of rosemary, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and a splash of Eureka Lemon Olive Oil. Warm the olives gently on the stovetop and serve as a lovely appetizer.

And it's not just for savory recipes! You can use Eureka Lemon Olive Oil as a butter substitute in baking to add subtle lemon flavor to scones, quickbreads, cakes, and cookies.

Eureka Lemon Olive Oil pairs well with almost any of our vinegars. In fact, it's such a great match for so many of our products that we're just going to list them out for you:

We always love to hear how our customers use our products, so leave a comment and tell us about your favorite ways to incorporate Eureka Lemon Olive Oil into your recipes.
